- Los Angeles City
The Los Angeles city is located in the state of California is the largest of the state. It spreads for about 470 square miles and provides shelter for about 3.8 million people. It also shelters many other people and about 224 different languages are spoken.
The city of Los Angeles is often abbreviated to L.A. and caries a nick name called “The City of Angels”. It is also the second largest city in the United States and is rated an alpha world city.

- Long Beach Museum of Art
Long Beach Museum of Art is one of the famous places in Los Angeles. It is located on the spectacular site overlooking the harbour and the Pacific Ocean. The museum displays the historic Elizabeth Milbank and the carriage house which was built in 1912.
- Marina Del Ray
The sunset at Marina Del Ray is one of the beautiful displays. The Marina is located just up the coast from the airport. The Marina is surrounded by many hotels, restaurants, apartments and shops.
- Venice Beach
The Venice Beach is one of the most stunning beaches in the world. It was named after the canals built in that area. The beach has tennis courts, beach volleyball courts and many architectural beach-facing condos. The shops there are littered with palm-trees and follows along the coast to Pier.
- Whale Watching
Newport Landing Whale Watching is a spectacular site that is located in the centre of Southern California, minutes away from Los Angeles. The Newport Landing offers a spectacular display of many different species of whales including the large blue whales. Apart from the whales, other marine species are also sighted. These species may include dolphins, seals and sharks.
- Griffith Observatory
Griffith Observatory is one of the famous attractions and has been a land mark of Los Angeles since 1935. It is located on the slope of the mount Hollywood. It is rated seventh for the most visited spots in the southern California.
Hollywood entertainment district is for improving the business. It spans for 18 block stretch the Hollywood boulevard. This is a Business Improvement District that includes Mann’s Chinese theatre, Vine and Walk of fame.
- Hollywood Wax Museum
There is a museum called The Hollywood Wax Museum which attracts the people of all ages. It takes everyone on a tour on their memory lane, reliving the special moments that we have spent with our friends from the movies, sports, music and history.
- Kodak Theatre
The Kodak theatre is the jewel of the collection in Hollywood. It is the highland entertainment complex and is located at the centre of Hollywood. This historic theatre was inaugurated on the month of November, 2001. Since then, this theatre has played host to many great artists. It has also played host to Academy Awards ceremonies.
